I am presently renting a new 3-bed 2-bath condo and is looking for clean and reliable roomate(s) before my family moves up next summer break to share this new, nice, neat and clean 3 bedroom/2 bath condo located at US-301 and Progress/Bloomingdale, about half a mile to access I-75. About 20 minutes to USF - I can provide ride if necessary especially for Chinese students/scholars. Convenient to shopping - close to Costco, Super Wal-Mart, Publics, Albertson, etc. With Washer and dryer. Great community with Club house including swimming pool and gym. Plenty parking spaces.

Rent: $400 plus shared electricity bill. If both available rooms are shared out, the rent will be $300 each. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO DRUGS, please!

I have a 2/2 at University Point ( old name is Campus Walk), I am moving out now and you can live with my roommate. You can walk to the campus within 5 minutes and walk to the marshal student center in 15 minutes. You can also get the marshall center by taking the bull runner for free( if you are a student in usf) in about 10 minutes(however, it depends, but you would be the newest on the street).

As I am sharing the house with my roommate, my part for the rent is 344 per month and I would not ask for the deposit of the house and the electricity.
