I have a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment at Compton Place available at the end of November to sublease since I have bought a house.

The address is: 16122 Compton Palms Dr, tampa, fl 33647. The apartment is very spacious with a nice conservation and pond view. Swimming pool and fitness center are included in this nice community. It is just 5-10 minutes walking distance to Tampa Palm Elementary School and YMCA, about 10-15 minutes driving to USF campus. There are washer and dryer inside. Rent for each month is $802 (regular rent is $925), including water utility. The lease will end at the end of June 2010, but you can apply for special discount still on $802 as new resident if you like the living environment there.

Hi, All,

I just have an update on this apartment:

I can give further $50 off for rent, that means only $752 each month including water usage and washer and dryer utilities. I can give this to anybody who would like to take over my apartment in a $350 check onetime. This apartment is really spacious with 1278 sf. For the move-in date, a little bit earlier or later is fine for me.
