This is Michael Chang (Zhang Shiqiao), a Chinese-American. I recently moved up to Tampa area with a new job as a manager of software quality assurance and technical writing. I am presently renting a new 3-bed 2-bath condo and is looking for clean and reliable roomate(s) to share this NEW, NICE, NEAT and CLEAN 3 bedroom/2 bath condo located at US-301 and Progress/Bloomingdale. Easy and close to access I-75. About 20 minutes to USF - I can provide ride if necessary especially for Chinese students/scholars. Convenient to shopping - close to Costco, Super Wal-Mart, Publics, Albertson, etc. With Washer and dryer. Great community with Club house including swimming pools and gym. Plenty parking spaces.

Rent: $380 plus shared electricity bill. If both available rooms are shared out, the rent will be $280 each - This LOW rent amount is only for Chinese students and scholars!
