My current roommate and I are looking for a 3rd guy to share a 2-bedroom apartment.
You will take the living room, my current roommate and I occupies the two bed-rooms,
so you will share less than 1/3 of the total rent, and the price is negotiable.

The apartment is a townhouse on USF shuttle C route, quality house at good location.
It's available from now. Month-by-month or long-term, your choice.
