An apartment for sublease at the end of October

Hi:
I have a 2/2 at University Point ( old name is Campus Walk), I am moving out now and you can live with my roommate. You can walk to the campus within 5 minutes and walk to the marshal student center in 15 minutes. You can also get the marshall center by taking the bull runner for free( if you are a student in usf) in about 10 minutes(however, it depends, but you would be the newest on the street).

As I am sharing the house with my roommate, my part for the rent is 344 per month and I would not ask for the deposit of the house and the electricity.
