Here are the summer drills.  This will help everyone get better.  We will not win the ACLA by being lazy. 

For 30 minutes a day:

Results- If this is done 6 times a week for 3 months, you will see significant improvement with your stick skills, especially your off hand!!!  Defense should be practicing this drill also, w/short stick, but long poll will do. Now is the time to get ready for next year!!!
