MCC AWARDS
An annual awards and recognition ceremony is sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Affairs at the end of the spring semester. Multicultural Community awards are presented to those organizations and individuals who have actively participated in the community throughout the academic year. An organization may apply for as many awards as they choose. The following awards are presented to Multicultural Community organizations and individual students within those organizations:
Awards:
- Outstanding Multicultural Community Student Organization
- Outstanding Multicultural Community Student Organization Leader
- Outstanding Multicultural Community Representative
- Outstanding Multicultural Community Scholar of the year
- Best Cross-Cultural Collaborative Program
- Best Inter-Organizational Collaborative Program
- Certificates of Excellence, Completion, or Participation
The deadline to apply for all awards is Friday, March 26, 2009, at 5:00pm. Please complete and return the MCC Awards Packet to the Office of Multicultural Affairs by this date.
