LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
The Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) believes that strong student leaders continue to serve their community after they graduate. College student leaders often become elected officials, activists, community leaders, and business executives. For this reason, leadership development is one of our core values. The OMA's unique position on student leadership development is to develop students who are culturally competent, which will enhance their organizational and managerial skills.
OMA is a primary resource for energetic students who want to get involved with USF and its enormous diversity. These students leave the campus with refined life skills that will allow them to thrive in an ever-growing global environment.
