| USF's "Most Improved Student Organization" for 2000-1 | |
| April 18, 2001 -- The
Quiz Bowl Team at USF was named by the Office of Student
Activities as the "Most Improved Club" for the
academic year 2000-2001. In just its second year of existence, the club sponsored a campus intramural tournament, three intercollegiate tournaments (in three different formats), and also won the Book Drive award for collecting the most books to give to charity. On April 18, the team also learned it would have permanent office space next year in the Marshall Center's Leadership Zoo. We have a lot to look forward to next year! |
