To Reserve a Room at the Marshall Student Center:

Step 1: Check Room Availability New Marshall Student Center rooms available to reserve. View the Meeting Room Descriptions. Check events already scheduled in the Marshall Center & New Marshall Student Center >

Step 2: Fill Out On-line Form On-line Form > * For both the current and New Marshall Student Center rooms.

Step 3: You will receive a response from Event & Meeting Services regarding your space request.

 

Statement of Purpose

The purpose of the Marshall Center Reservations Office is to coordinate the activities and events of its clientele. The services offered by the Office include, but are not limited to, venue reservation, providing sound and lighting requirements, and table and seating set-up. Reservations

Reservations for Students and Departments may be requested by submitting the online Space Request Form or print out the form (PDF) and submit to our office (Marshall Center, Room 246), and Non-University entities and individuals may download a Non-University Event Request Form and submit via Fax or email attachment.
