Professional Development Team
- conducts a needs assessment on an annual basis
- major programs: coordinates all staff retreats and Division-wide development programs
- ongoing series: develops and coordinates programs that meet the needs of the different staff constituent groups in Student Affairs (i.e. workshops, webinars, speakers, discussion groups, etc.)
- promotes Organizational Development and Training and community training opportunities based on needs assessment
- serves as a resource to E-Team/Directors in helping identify professional development opportunities for individual staff members
- coordinate attendance (and scholarships if applicable) to national programs such as the New Professionals and Mid-Managers Institutes
